For more than thirty years, his firm supplied rugs to the Mezzanine Gallery Shop at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. From 1977 to 2018, Mr. Barodofsky personally selected rugs and related objects for major US collections and co-founded an educational resource focused on collectible weavings.
