Additional Information: Cast by Chalk & Vermilion Graphics, Connecticut, and Sevenarts Ltd., New York, “Chinchilla” was produced in 1990 in a limited edition of 375 plus proofs. The elegant Art Deco figure translates Erte’s 1924 Harper’s Bazaar fashion illustration of the same name, depicting a model enveloped in sumptuous chinchilla fur, into three-dimensional bronze.
